Hi, I'm Nora,

I’m a Clinical Nutritionist and Sports Nutritionist, yoga and Pilates instructor and a fellow gym enthusiast. There was a time when I struggled with an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise, feeling stuck and unsure how to find balance. That’s what led me to dive into learning everything I could about the body, energy systems, and nutrition by studying Clinical Nutrition and earning my Sports Nutrition accreditation.

I feel incredibly lucky that my job is something I'm so passionate about: health and fitness in many different avenues.

I love and eat all kinds of food (yes, even pizza and chocolate!), and I believe in enjoying everything in moderation. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring, and you don’t have to give up the things you love to reach your goals. 

My mission is to help you find your balance and support you in becoming the best version of yourself, whether that’s smashing your goals in the gym or just feeling amazing in your everyday life. Let’s work together to create a lifestyle that’s sustainable, enjoyable, and most importantly—yours.
